FAQ · BEFORE YOU ASK

Frequently asked.

01

How much does equipment inspection software cost?

DigiDocs uses flat monthly subscription tiers rather than per-vehicle or per-asset pricing. Every tier includes all 44 OSHA, FMCSA, ASME, and ANSI inspection checklists, native lift plans, JSAs, bills of lading, and the deficiency-to-repair workflow — the tiers differ on admin / operator / equipment allowances, not on which features you get. There is a 14-day Professional free trial with no credit card required. Current tier prices are listed above.

02

Is DigiDocs priced per vehicle or per asset?

No. Many inspection and fleet platforms charge per vehicle or per asset, which gets expensive fast for a growing fleet. DigiDocs charges a flat monthly rate per tier with generous equipment and operator allowances, so adding another crane, trailer, or operator doesn't change your bill until you cross a tier threshold.

03

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan, no credit card required. You get every inspection checklist, lift plans, basket plans, JSAs, BOLs, deficiency tracking, and the mobile PWA during the trial so you can run real inspections before you decide.

04

Do all plans include the inspection checklists and lift plans?

Yes. All 44 inspection checklists (crane, CDL/DVIR, forklift, aerial lift, excavator, scaffold, fall protection, and more), crane lift plans with critical-lift auto-detection, OSHA 1926.1431 personnel basket plans, JSAs, and bills of lading are included on every paid tier. Higher tiers add capacity (more admins / operators / equipment) plus enterprise features like multi-branch, project scoping, and the public REST API.

05

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual if you choose yearly billing). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing settings; billing is handled securely through Stripe.

06

What's the difference between the tiers?

The tiers scale on admin, operator, and equipment allowances and on enterprise capabilities. Starter suits a single crew or yard; Professional fits a growing company that wants the custom template builder and the full trial experience; Enterprise and Enterprise Plus add multi-branch operations, project-scoped operators, and the public REST API for larger fleets and integrators.
